Note: Parasailing has weight restrictions for all flights depending on the conditions of the day. As a general rule the limitation is 200kg maximum (31.5 stone). Please be aware that it may not be possible to fly as requested if the maximum weight exceeds this number.

Cancelation Policy:

Cancelations from customers can be made up to 24hrs in advance of their excursions for a full refund.

In the event of a non arrival, the full ammount that has been paid will not be refunded except on the condition of a medical reason which will require a medical form as proof.

In the event of a cancelation from the company, due to weather conditions or mechanical fault and the customer cannot be rescheduled, refunds will be issued in full.
