If the combined weight exceeds this, you may not be able to fly together without a steady wind present and favorable conditions & additional charges will apply for any extra flights required.

Cancelation Policy:
Cancelations from customers can be made up to 24hrs in advance of their excursions for a full refund.
In the event of a non arrival, the full amount that has been paid will not be refunded except on the condition of a medical reason which will require a medical form as proof.
In the event of a cancelation from the company, due to weather conditions or mechanical fault and the customer cannot be rescheduled, refunds will be issued in full.
